|
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Customer Performance Planning & Analysis:
*
Prepare and analyze a customer financial plan
*
Provide financial input and assist in preparation of customer business plans
*
Enhance Kraft knowledge of customer internal economics
*
Assess and recommend actions to address risks and opportunities for Customer Business teams (CBT) and Customer performance
*
Work with CBT stakeholders to understand and improve profitability at both Kraft and the Customer
*
Evaluate financial effectiveness of CBT based marketing/trade promotions and provide recommendations for change
*
Provide additional support for ad hoc CBT and/or Customer Finance initiatives
Project Analysis:
*
Provide financial analysis on all major CBT initiatives, including customer-specific product commercialization, incremental volume programs and category management initiatives
Process Improvements:
*
Develop and maintain efficient systems and processes to facilitate financial planning, analysis and reporting to CBT and to Head Office
Education and Experience Required
*
University Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance required
*
Professional designation (CA, MBA, CMA, CGA, or equivalent), or working towards, strongly preferred
*
2-4 years related experience in Finance and/or business
*
Computer literate with expertise of Microsoft applications
*
Proven Analytical capabilities and exceptional Problem Solving skills
*
Commitment to working in teams with a genuine belief in the value of collaboration
*
Results and Action Oriented to achieve objectives
*
Passion for process simplification and improvement
*
Strong communication skills
*
Attention to detail
*
Ability to deliver to tight deadlines
*
